Avocado, cut into cubes- 1 No.
Mango, cut into cubes- 1 No.
Onion, chopped- ½ cup
Tomatoes, chopped- ½ cup
Kidney beans/black beans- 1 cup
Lime juice- to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil- 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves- to garnish
- Put the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix everything.
- Add lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to the bowl. Toss everything together.
