Banana Oat Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
-1/3 cup oats
-1 banana
-2 dates (take out the nut)
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or more to taste)
-Almond Milk
-Ice 

PREPARATION

Add oats, banana, dates, cinnamon powder, almond milk and ice together in a mixer and blend it into a smooth paste.

Optional:
-Spinach (handful)
