  • Prolicious millet dosa: 100gm or 1/2cup
  • Chopped Onion: 50gm or 1/4cup
  • Chopped Capsicum: 50gm or 1/4cup
  • Chopped Tomato: 50 gm or 1/4cup
  • Beet root purée: 2tbsp
  • Malgapodi powder: 2tsp
  • Ghee: 2tsp



  • In a bowl make the millet dosa batter by adding 300ml water to the premix.
  • Add beet root purée to the batter.
  • Heat the pan over medium flame.
  • Pour the batter on hot pan and spread evenly.
  • Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato and sprinkle malgapodi powder.
  • Apply ghee around the edges and let it cook until the bottom turns golden brown.
  • Severe hot with coconut chutney
