Ingredients
- Prolicious millet dosa: 100gm or 1/2cup
- Chopped Onion: 50gm or 1/4cup
- Chopped Capsicum: 50gm or 1/4cup
- Chopped Tomato: 50 gm or 1/4cup
- Beet root purée: 2tbsp
- Malgapodi powder: 2tsp
- Ghee: 2tsp
Instructions
- In a bowl make the millet dosa batter by adding 300ml water to the premix.
- Add beet root purée to the batter.
- Heat the pan over medium flame.
- Pour the batter on hot pan and spread evenly.
- Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato and sprinkle malgapodi powder.
- Apply ghee around the edges and let it cook until the bottom turns golden brown.
- Severe hot with coconut chutney
