Ingredients
For oats Waffle
- Prolicious 2X Protein Oats chilla mix (1/2 Pack) or 1 cup
- Water- As required to make a batter with thick consistency (¾ cup)

Oil to grease the waffle maker
For the spread:
- Boiled Green peas ½ cup or 30g
- Curd 1 ½ tbsp.
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp.
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste

Cheese ½ cup
For garnishing:

Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
For the spread:

Smash the boiled green peas and mix curd with it to form a smooth paste.

Add the chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt.

The spread is ready to use.
For Chilla Waffle preparation:

In a bowl mix 1 cup of oats chilla mix with ¾ cup water to make a batter of thick consistency.

Switch on the waffle maker and grease it with oil.

Pour the prepared batter into the waffle maker and let it cook for 10 minutes or till crisp and done.
For Assembling

Take a waffle and apply the prepared spread to it.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the prepared toasty and garnish with sliced cherry tomato

Microwave for 30 seconds and relish.
Tips Tricks & Facts

Mix the chilla batter evenly to prevent lump formation.

Make sure the green peas are fully cooked.

Smash the green peas well.

Open and check the waffle maker after 5 minutes to prevent the waffle from getting burnt

Can also use chilli flakes, boiled corn for garnishing
