Returns & Refund Policy
At Prolicious, your satisfaction is our top priority. As a food brand, we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols. Hence, our cancellation and return policy is designed keeping food safety in mind.
Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy
You can cancel the order any time before it is shipped. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.
However, we are committed to resolving genuine concerns. If your order:
- Arrives damaged or tampered
- Contains wrong items
- Is expired or defective
You may raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
How to report:
- Email us at [info@samyogfoods.com] or WhatsApp us +91 9321624511 with your Order ID and clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The product(s) received
- The invoice
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund, based on product availability and your preference.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet. To cancel, contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID.
- If the cancellation is successful, your payment will be refunded (UPI, Credit / Debit Card, Net Banking, or Bank Transfer) within 2–4 business days.
Note: Opened, partially consumed, or tampered products will not be eligible for return or refund.
