Tips for Making Perfect Pineapple Sheera

Roast the Rava Well

Take your time while roasting the rava. This helps develop a pleasant aroma and prevents a raw taste.

Keep the Flame Low

Roast the rava and Prolicious Up It on a low to medium flame so that they do not burn.

Use Ripe Pineapple

Ripe pineapple gives the sheera a naturally sweet and fruity flavour.

Adjust the Sweetness

Pineapple and sugar both contribute sweetness, so adjust the sugar according to your taste.

Add Saffron Milk at the End

Adding kesar milk towards the end helps give the sheera its beautiful festive colour and aroma.
