A note from Prakash Chawla, Founder

You Were Never the Problem

You love your food. You always have.

The roti served warm off the tawa. The dal that smells like your mom's daal. The khakhra with your evening chai, just how you used to have at your grandmom's house. The Pasta just like you ate at your first date.

This food is not just what you eat.
It is who you are.

And for years, someone has been telling you it's the enemy.

Eat less of it, they said. Cut the rice. Drop the roti. Count everything. Trade the food you love for food you'll have to tolerate. They made you feel guilty for loving your own table.

Here is the truth nobody told you.
You were never the problem. Your food was.

Not the food your grandmother made. The food that came after. Somewhere between the farm and your plate, modern processing quietly broke something.

  • Nature had always paired protein and fibre together; in a ratio it perfected long before any laboratory existed. Processing pulled them apart.

  • And so, the rotis and dals that look exactly like they always did began, meal after meal, year after year, to quietly fail the people who loved them most.

One man saw it before anyone else.

Because this man had spent his whole life learning how.

Prakash Chawla did not read about food. He engineered it. A chemical engineer, raised inside a family food business, who ran food manufacturing at industrial scale for over 25 years.

  • He knew fats at the molecular level.
  • He knew exactly what processing takes away, because he had spent a lifetime inside the machinery that takes it.
  • He pioneered the speciality fats and oils in India, so he understands food chemistry like no one else.

Then his own blood report told him what he already understood.

The food he loved had been failing him too.
Everyone gave him the same advice. 'Diet!'
He refused.

“I did not want to give up the foods I loved. So, I didn't. I used everything I knew to rebuild them instead.”

He didn't change what he ate.
He corrected the balance of the food.

Increased protein & Fibre, Reduced carbs. That too with wholefood based simple kitchen ingredients like Whole moong, Peanut, Durum Wheat, Millets, etc. Ratio of Protein and fibre in the way nature intended! Same taste. Same comfort. Same food. No compromise.

Within months, the result

His pre diabetic condition reversed to normal blood sugar. And he had proof of something the whole country needed to hear. You don't have to choose between the foods that you love and manage good health.
