Whole food protein comes with naturally occurring fibre, which may help support healthy digestion. Since our protein comes from familiar kitchen ingredients, many people also find it easier to digest than highly processed protein sources.
We formulated our products to provide around 20% of calories from protein, in line with ICMR dietary guidelines for a balanced diet. Our aim is to make it easier to increase everyday protein intake through regular meals and snacks.
