How to Make Tricolour Pasta & Vermicelli 

Step 1: Prepare the Green Layer 

Boil water in a pan and cook the Prolicious Millet Vermicelli according to the pack instructions. Drain and keep it aside. 

For the green paste, blanch spinach and combine it with green chilli, ginger, garlic and salt. Blend until smooth. 

Heat a pan and add a little oil. Add the spinach paste and cook until the raw flavour disappears and the mixture becomes aromatic. 

Add the cooked millet vermicelli and toss everything together until the vermicelli is evenly coated with the vibrant green mixture.
