- 2 tsp Vegan butter
- 2 dollop of dip of your choice
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- ¼ cup coriander leaves
- 2 tsp grated vegan cheese
- Take a khakhra (you can choose the flavor of your choice) and spread a little of the dip on top. You can choose any dip you like.
- Sprinkle some finely chopped onions and coriander leaves on top and finish off with a layer of cheese. Complete the sandwich by placing another khakhra on top.
