  • Prolicious Vermicelli 20g (1/4 cup)
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Mix Dry fruits 1 tbsp.
  • Ghee 1 tbsp.
  • Coconut sugar 1 tsp.
  • Stevia a pinch
  • Elaichi powder a pinch




  • Heat ghee in a non-stick skillet and roast the dry fruits till you get an aroma.
  • Add the vermicelli and roast till golden brown.
  • Add milk while stirring continuously till the mixture thickens and leaves the pan.
  • Switch off the flame and add coconut sugar and mix well.
  • Add a pinch on stevia and mix well.
  • Sprinkle elaichi powder and mix well.
  • Serve hot or chilled as per choice.
