- In a bowl take prolicious pancake mix, add 2tbsp mango pulp and 250ml water to it and mixed it uniformly to get a smooth texture.
- Lightly grease the non-stick pan with oil.
- Pour the batter on hot pan with medium flame.
- Flip when the bubbles break and edges begin to dry.
- Cook till golden brown.
- Relish it by adding melted dark chocolate and mango cubes.
