Ingredients
For Pasta
- Prolicious 2X Protein Penne / Macaroni Pasta ½ cup or 100 grams
- Tomato ½ tbsp or 25 grams
- Onion ½ tbsp or 25 grams

Capsicum ½ tbsp or 25 grams
For the Taste-Maker
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp or 5 grams
- Red Chili Powder ½ tsp or 2.5 gram
- Jeera ½ tsp or 2.5 gram
- Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp or a pinch-full

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Prepare the paste to al dente keep aside 2 tsp of pasta water
- Now in a pan add oil jeera, garlic, onion and sauté for 1-2 min add the tomato and capsicum until aromatic.
- Now add the Ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, Haldi (turmeric) powder and sauté add the pasta water to make it saucy, add your paste and mix it well.
