This Masala Pasta recipe is for you if you like Indian food, Italian food, or both cuisines together. It brings together the best of both worlds. This is a quick, easy, and incredibly tasty Indian-style vegan pasta dish. This Pasta Recipe's flavors will deliver the ideal Indo-Italian fusion. The masala tastes like any other spiced onion-tomato mixture found in an Indian dish. The addition of Prolicious high protein penne pasta makes all the difference, making it a legendary meal.

Ingredients

For Pasta
For the Taste-Maker
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp or 5 grams
  • Red Chili Powder ½ tsp or 2.5 gram
  • Jeera ½ tsp or 2.5 gram
  • Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp or a pinch-full

 

 





Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Prepare the paste to al dente keep aside 2 tsp of pasta water  
  • Now in a pan add oil jeera, garlic, onion and sauté for 1-2 min add the tomato and capsicum until aromatic. 
  • Now add the Ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, Haldi (turmeric) powder and sauté add the pasta water to make it saucy, add your paste and mix it well.  
  • Serve it hot.
