Ingredients
For Pancake Waffle
- Prolicious 2X Protein Pancake mix(1/2 Pack) or 1 cup
- Water- As required to make a batter with thick consistency (¾ cup)

Oil to grease the waffle maker
For the stuffing:
- Grated fresh coconut ½ cup or 30g
- Grated/powdered jaggery ½ cup
- Chopped almonds 2 tbsp.
- Elaichi powder 1 tsp.

Ghee/oil 1 tsp.
For garnishing:
- Chocolate syrup
- Peanut butter
Instructions
For the stuffing:
- Heat 1 tsp. Ghee/oil in a nonstick skillet and add the grated coconut and jaggery to it.
- Let the jaggery melt and then add 2 tbsp. of chopped almonds and 1 tsp. of elaichi powder.
- Mix and heat for 2 minutes and switch off the heat
For Pancake Waffle preparation:
- In a bowl mix 1 cup of pancake mix with ¾ cup water to make a batter of thick consistency.
- Switch on the waffle maker and grease it with oil.
- Pour the prepared batter into the waffle maker and let it cook for 10 minutes or till crisp and done
For Assembling
- Take a waffle and fill in the stuffing. Cover it from top with another waffle.
- Garnish with the chocolate syrup and serve with peanut butter dip or any other sweet dip of your choice.
Tips Tricks & Facts
- Mix the pancake batter evenly to prevent lump formation
- Don't overcook the coconut and jaggery
- Open and check the waffle maker after 5 minutes to prevent the waffle from getting burnt
- Can also use chopped nuts for garnishing
