  • Prolicious Millet Vermicelli 1 cup or 45g 
  • Onions ½ cup  
  • Carrot ¼ cup 
  • Peas 10-12 pcs or 10 gm 
  • Corn ¼ cup or 25gm 
  • Mustard seeds pinch 
  • Curry leaves 2 or 3 
  • Garlic ½ tsp 
  • Ginger ½ tsp 
  • Oil 2 tsp 
  • Turmeric Powder 
  • Green chilli 
  • Salt as taste 
  • Water 600ml  




For Roasting & Cooking 


  • Take 100gm of Millet Vermicelli, Heat Pan on medium flame. Add 10gms of oil to it. Add vermicelli and roast it till golden brown for 2mins. 
  • Take 600ml of water. Add the roasted vermicelli to the boiling water. Boil for approx. 6mins until cooked. Strain the vermicelli. Wash it with cold water. Keep aside. 


For Masala preparation 


  • Take oil in a heated pan. Add mustard seeds & curry leaves respectively. 
  • Add finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger along with chopped green chillies. Saute well. 
  • Add chopped onions (cook until light brown). Add chopped carrot, Peas and corn respectively. Add salt to it. Close it with lid and cook for 3-4 mins on low flame. 
  • Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Add 50-60ml of water to the masala. Close the lid. 
  • Once the veggies are cooked, Add boiled vermicelli and of salt. Mix well. Cover with lid and cook for 2 mins on low flame. Serve Hot.
