Banana Oat Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates (take out the nut)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or more to taste)
  • Almond Milk
  • Ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add oats, banana, dates, cinnamon powder, almond milk and ice together in a mixer and blend it into a smooth paste.

Optional:

  • Spinach (handful)
