  • Prolicious millet dosa: 120 g
  • Onion: 50 g
  • Capsicum: 50g
  • Bell pepper: 50g
  • Mushroom: 50g
  • Sweet corn: 20g
  • Chilli powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric: 1tsp
  • Dhania powder: 1tsp
  • Ghee: 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste


  1. For making the vegetable mix, chop capsicum, onion, bell pepper, mushroom & sweet corn and add all the spices, and salt and mix it well.
  2. Make the millet dosa batter by adding 300ml water to the premix.
  3. Heat the pan over medium flame.
  4. Pour the dosa batter and spread evenly.
  5. Add the vegetable mix, apply ghee around the edges & cover with a lid.
  6. Cook until the bottom turns golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
