Ingredients
- Prolicious millet dosa: 120 g
- Onion: 50 g
- Capsicum: 50g
- Bell pepper: 50g
- Mushroom: 50g
- Sweet corn: 20g
- Chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric: 1tsp
- Dhania powder: 1tsp
- Ghee: 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- For making the vegetable mix, chop capsicum, onion, bell pepper, mushroom & sweet corn and add all the spices, and salt and mix it well.
- Make the millet dosa batter by adding 300ml water to the premix.
- Heat the pan over medium flame.
- Pour the dosa batter and spread evenly.
- Add the vegetable mix, apply ghee around the edges & cover with a lid.
- Cook until the bottom turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
